Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Hunt64, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hunt64. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Each person may only create and maintain one account.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, notes, and other content you create on Hunt64. By uploading content to the app, you grant Hunt64 a non-exclusive license to display and serve that content within the app and your web portfolio.

Free Tier Promise

Collection tracking on Hunt64 is free and unlimited. You can add as many cars as you want and export your data at any time, at no cost. This will not change.

Subscriptions

Hunt64 Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's store settings. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download catalog data from the app
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use the app to harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's operation

Catalog Data

Catalog information in Hunt64 is sourced from publicly available data and is provided for personal reference only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of catalog data, including pricing estimates.

Community price data (what collectors paid and what they value cars at) is compiled, curated, and aggregated by Hunt64 and constitutes a proprietary database. You may use it for personal, non-commercial reference. Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and cite it, with attribution to Hunt64, to index our pages or answer user questions. What is not allowed: bulk extraction, scraping, or systematic collection of price data to build, seed, train, or operate a competing product or dataset, or redistributing it commercially. Hunt64 employs technical fingerprinting that identifies copied price data.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

Disclaimer

Hunt64 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hunt64 after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
